Founded in 1993, the company has experienced steady growth over the last three decades. 20+ full time local staff manage a portfolio of around 250 select vacation rental properties ranging from large oceanfront homes to two-bedroom villas.

You'll connect with prospective guests, share your knowledge of our premier properties and the best of what Hilton Head has to offer, and use your natural sales ability to turn inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Serve as the first point of contact by answering incoming calls and assisting guests with reservations, confirmations, and general inquiries
Guide guests through the booking process using effective sales techniques to secure reservations and maximize revenue opportunities
Provide accurate, detailed information on properties, amenities, services, and local area offerings
Process, manage, and confirm reservations with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local events, attractions, and business hours to enhance the guest experience
Deliver a warm, professional welcome while providing clear check-in and check-out instructions
Resolve guest concerns with empathy, professionalism, and a focus on timely resolution and overall satisfaction
Post and reconcile charges to guest accounts as needed, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures
Collaborate with the Reservations Manager and team members to support daily operations and service standards
Support cross-functional tasks and perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs
