Founded in 1993, the company has experienced steady growth over the last three decades. 20+ full time local staff manage a portfolio of around 250 select vacation rental properties ranging from large oceanfront homes to two-bedroom villas.

Position Summary

We are seeking a full-time Vacation Rental Specialist to join our dynamic team! If you enjoy helping people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are looking for a long-term career in the tourism industry, this could be the perfect opportunity.

We’re looking for motivated, professional team players who are sales-oriented and passionate about creating memorable vacation experiences for our guests. While experience is a plus, a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and self-motivation are essential.

You'll connect with prospective guests, share your knowledge of our premier properties and the best of what Hilton Head has to offer, and use your natural sales ability to turn inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact by answering incoming calls and assisting guests with reservations, confirmations, and general inquiries

  • Guide guests through the booking process using effective sales techniques to secure reservations and maximize revenue opportunities

  • Provide accurate, detailed information on properties, amenities, services, and local area offerings

  • Process, manage, and confirm reservations with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local events, attractions, and business hours to enhance the guest experience

  • Deliver a warm, professional welcome while providing clear check-in and check-out instructions

  • Resolve guest concerns with empathy, professionalism, and a focus on timely resolution and overall satisfaction

  • Post and reconcile charges to guest accounts as needed, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures

  • Collaborate with the Reservations Manager and team members to support daily operations and service standards

  • Support cross-functional tasks and perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs

Compensation, Benefits & Schedule

Hourly Salary: $15 - $18
