The Product Marketing Manager is a strategic, cross-functional leader within Track’s (Formerly TravelNet Solutions) Marketing Department, reporting to the Vice President of Marketing. In this high-impact role, you will own the product marketing strategy across our flagship platform, Track and the extended TrackSuite of solutions and services built for the vacation rental and hospitality technology sectors.
This role requires both strategic vision and hands-on execution. You will partner deeply with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Customer Success to define positioning, launch products with impact, and create the messaging and enablement tools that move the business forward. You will be responsible for the creation and communication of go-to-market (GTM) efforts, targeted messaging, marketplace positioning, competitive analysis, and customer success storytelling to internal and external audiences.
In the first 90 days, you will have audited existing messaging and positioning, conducted buyer and customer interviews, built relationships with your key Product and Sales partners, and delivered an updated positioning framework for at least one core product area.
At six months, you will have launched at least one major product or feature with a full GTM plan, shipped a refreshed sales enablement library, and established a competitive intelligence cadence that the Sales team actively uses.
At one year, product marketing will be a recognized growth driver at Track with measurable influence on pipeline quality, win rates, and product adoption across the TrackSuite.
Own product positioning and messaging that clearly differentiates Track across buyer segments and use cases in the vacation rental and hospitality technology market
Lead go-to-market strategy for new products, features, and releases including launch planning, channel coordination, and success measurement
Develop and maintain a competitive intelligence program that delivers actionable insights to Sales, Product, and Leadership
Be the internal expert on our buyers — their personas, decision journeys, and evaluation criteria — and translate those insights into messaging and enablement tools that help Sales win
Build and maintain a sales enablement library: pitch decks, battle cards, one-pagers, ROI calculators, demo guides, and objection-handling frameworks
Partner with Product Management throughout the product lifecycle to ensure positioning is embedded early and roadmap opportunities are informed by market feedback
Collaborate with Marketing on integrated campaigns that drive pipeline, and track performance metrics including adoption, win rates, and message resonance
Lead voice-of-customer research including: interviews, surveys, win/loss analysis and develop case studies and success stories that build credibility in market
Support customer expansion by building awareness of the full TrackSuite among the existing base and partnering with Customer Success on adoption initiatives
8+ years of product marketing experience in a B2B SaaS environment, with a proven track record of owning positioning, launches, and enablement programs end-to-end
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills where you can translate complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences
Deep understanding of the B2B buyer journey and how to build marketing programs that accelerate pipeline and support revenue growth
Experience building and executing sales enablement programs that demonstrably improve Sales effectiveness
Strong analytical mindset: comfortable building reports, interpreting data, and making evidence-based decisions
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority across Product, Sales, and Executive stakeholders
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent experience a plus
Experience in hospitality technology, vacation rental software, or property management platforms
Familiarity with ERP-like or multi-module SaaS platforms where platform narrative and module-level messaging must coexist
