We are seeking one or two reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Facility Coordinators in Scottsdale. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily facility operations, ensuring all items are properly received, organized, and secured.
Securely receive and log returned items
Accurately record inventory and returns
Restock supplies and materials as needed
Pre-pack items for future use or distribution
Maintain organization and cleanliness of the facility
Ensure the facility is properly locked and secured at the end of each shift
Strong attention to detail and organization skills
Comfortable using smartphone apps for work tasks
Dependable and punctual
Ability to work independently
Comfortable with light physical tasks (lifting, organizing, moving items)
Previous warehouse, inventory, or coordination experience is a plus (but not required)
Pay: $ $18 - 20 per hour
Location: Scottsdale, AZ
Schedule: Flexible shifts available (10:00 AM–6:00 PM or 12:00 PM–6:00 PM)
