We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Baker to join our team in Orlando, FL. This is a hands-on, full-time, on-site role responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods while maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency.
In this role, you will measure and mix ingredients, prepare doughs and batters, operate baking equipment, and ensure products are baked to perfection. You will play a key role in maintaining product freshness, presentation, and daily production flow.

Prepare and bake products following established recipes and company standards
Accurately measure and mix ingredients to ensure consistency and quality
Operate and maintain baking equipment safely and efficiently
Monitor baking times and temperatures for optimal results
Ensure all products meet presentation and quality expectations
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment
Follow all food safety regulations and proper handling procedures
Manage production timing to ensure freshness and availability throughout the day
Required
Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-focused environment
Strong attention to detail and consistency in output
Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
Basic math skills for measurements and production tasks
Strong communication skills
Preferred (Not a must, but nice to have)
Previous experience in a bakery, café, or restaurant environment
Barista experience
Customer-facing experience
