We’re looking for a Client Success Manager to lead our client experience team in DeLand, FL. In this role, you’ll focus on keeping clients happy, supported, and set up for long-term success, while building simple, scalable processes behind the scenes.
You’ll manage and coach a team of Client Success Specialists, making sure service stays consistent and relationships stay strong. This role isn’t about bringing in new business, but you will spot opportunities to grow existing accounts and partner with Sales when it makes sense.
This is a great fit for someone who has led client-facing teams in a fast-paced, service-based environment and enjoys balancing people leadership with operational structure.
Client retention, organic growth, and overall client health
A team of 6–10+ Client Success Specialists
Workflow improvement and operational discipline
Implementation of new systems and process improvements
Consistent, proactive client communication
Organic growth across the customer base
Service-led account growth and client expansion
1+ years of experience leading a client success or account management team

Annual Salary: $70,000
Bonus: Competitive base salary with performance-based incentives aligned to client retention, service quality, and operational excellence.
