About This Role
As our Rev Ops Specialist, you will ensure data integrity, build and maintain operational reporting, leverage AI to make our team more efficient, and coordinate with our field teams to keep our revenue engine running cleanly. You work behind the scenes on the systems so Sales, Customer Success, Onboarding, and Billing can operate with confidence.
If you love building dashboards, cleaning messy data, finding process gaps before they become revenue leaks, and using AI tools to work faster and smarter, this role was designed for you.
What You'll Own
Data & Systems:
Maintain accurate records in CRM and GTM systems, including account details, contract terms, and status changes
Conduct data audits, build detection reporting, and escalate discrepancies to ensure GTM data integrity
Customer Lifecycle Support:
Support go-to-market funnel processes and workflows across the full customer journey
Assist with operational needs across renewals, expansions, and account changes (non-quota carrying)
Coordinate internal handoff processes between Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Implementation, and Billing
Reporting & Operational Support
Prepare and maintain standard reports and dashboards for GTM teams.
Track onboarding progress, adoption milestones, and renewal timelines
Process & Tool Support:
Document and help improve operational processes and workflows
Support GTM tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, CPQ, Activity Software, Enablement systems, etc.)
Assist with testing system updates and process improvements
Cross-Functional Coordination:
Serve as the operational liaison between GTM-facing teams and internal ops, including fielding requests, supporting escalations, and developing training documentation for process changes
Help gather information and documentation for leadership reviews and escalations
What We're Looking For
1+ years in operations or analytics. Sales ops, revenue ops, business operations, or data-adjacent roles.
Power user or Admin of a CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar). You've built or maintained reports from scratch.
AI tool fluency. You actively use AI tools in your daily workflow today.
Strong in spreadsheets. Excel or Google Sheets beyond the basics. Pivot tables, lookups, and basic data modeling are comfortable territory.
Detail-obsessed. Bad data downstream starts with someone not catching it upstream. You care about accuracy at every step.
Comfortable with ambiguity. You can figure out what matters, prioritize, and keep moving without hand-holding in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Compensation, Perks, & Benefits
Annual Salary: $75,000 - $85,000
