Position Summary

As a Hybrid Guest Relations Agent, you will play a vital role in both the Reservations and Guest Services experience. This position combines sales-focused reservation support with hospitality-driven guest care, making it ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and creating memorable vacation experiences from booking through checkout.

In this role, you will assist guests with booking their vacation, answering questions about properties and amenities, modifying reservations, and providing support throughout their stay. You will work closely with multiple departments, including Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Operations, to ensure guests receive exceptional service at every stage of their experience.

This full-time, on-site position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates confidently, multitasks effectively, and enjoys balancing hospitality with sales and service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist guests with booking reservations by phone, email, chat, and text messaging

  • Answer questions regarding property features, amenities, rates, policies, and local area information

  • Modify, extend, move, or cancel reservations accurately while following company policies and procedures

  • Communicate with guests prior to arrival to confirm reservation details and deliver a seamless check-in experience

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for guests throughout their stay, providing prompt, professional, and hospitality-driven communication

  • Coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance teams to ensure properties are guest-ready and guest concerns are resolved quickly

  • Handle guest concerns, complaints, and service recovery situations with professionalism and empathy

  • Maintain accurate reservation notes, guest records, and follow-up communication

  • Deliver excellent customer service to both guests and property owners

  • Assist with special requests, guest amenities, and celebratory experiences when needed

  • Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure a smooth and consistent guest experience

  • Meet productivity, quality assurance, and communication standards established by leadership

Required Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, reservations, customer service, or vacation rentals preferred

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Comfortable using apps, software systems, phones, and computers daily

  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving abilities

  • Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and follow-through

  • Ability to remain professional and calm in high-pressure situations

  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Compensation, Benefits, & Schedule

Hourly Pay: $18- 20  (based on experience)

Schedule: Must be available on weekdays, weekends, and some holidays. Hours of operations are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
