The ISA team is the engine of Savvy STR Agents. We’re looking for the person who runs it.

Savvy STR Agents is the only nationally scaled real estate team built exclusively for short-term rental investors. We operate in 30+ STR markets and we’re expanding to 90. Our inside sales team drives the lead conversion engine — from first contact through qualified handoff to our market agents. We have the leads, the systems, and the team. We need the leader.

The Role

As Director of Inside Sales, you own two lanes:

Internal — manage the ISA team to daily appointment targets. This means running the huddle, enforcing speed-to-lead, holding ISAs accountable to the number, managing ISA VAs, and scaling the team as we grow.

What You’ll Do

Day to day

  • Run the sales team meetings and set activity targets

  • Enforce speed-to-lead — every lead contacted within 5 minutes

  • Track held appointments in real time and address any miss same-day

  • Manage ISA VAs — daily tasks, output, and accountability

  • Make live routing decisions on lead assignment

  • Deliver a weekly ISA performance summary to leadership every Monday

People management

  • Hire, train, and onboard ISAs as the team scales

  • Hold direct accountability conversations when performance misses

  • Manage out when coaching isn’t producing change

  • Create the pace and culture of a high-performance call environment

Pipeline development

  • Actively work lead partner relationships to increase booked ISA and agent calls

  • Partner with marketing on lead quality and volume

  • Build referral revenue intentionally — track it, manage the relationships, grow it

  • Coordinate with expansion on referral agent recruiting

Required Qualifications

  • You’ve managed an ISA or inside sales team to specific daily metrics and owned the number

  • You’ve had direct accountability conversations with underperformers — and you’ve made the call when coaching wasn’t enough

  • You’ve built or owned a tracking system, not just reported into one

  • You’ve managed external lead or referral relationships, not just received leads

  • You hired and onboarded ISAs — you know what good looks like in the seat

  • You generate urgency naturally. The team moves faster when you’re in the room.

Compensation & Details

  • Base salary: 50K- 75K with performance bonus

  • In-office — 37 Haywood St, Suite 300, Asheville NC

  • Full-time | Reports to Director of Sales and Marketing
