Hotel Arya is looking for a polished, guest-focused Front Desk Agent to be the face of our boutique hotel in Miami.
In this role, you will create welcoming first and last impressions, manage check-ins and check-outs, support reservations, respond to guest needs, and help keep daily front desk operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, communicates with warmth and professionalism, and takes pride in delivering 5-star guest experiences.

Welcome guests warmly and complete check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently
Serve as the main point of contact for guest inquiries, requests, and concerns
Manage reservations, room assignments, guest profiles, and special requests using Visual Matrix PMS
Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate billing records
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction
Communicate clearly and professionally by phone, email, and in person
Handle guest complaints and service recovery situations with empathy and confidence
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area
Uphold Hotel Arya’s brand standards in appearance, communication, and guest interaction
Support upselling opportunities for room upgrades, amenities, and hotel services
Minimum 1 year of front desk, guest services, or hospitality experience
Experience with property management systems or similar hotel software
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus
Ability to work flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Professional appearance and demeanor
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
Basic math and cash handling accuracy
High school diploma or equivalent required
A hospitality or tourism degree is a plus
Compensation: $16 per hour (with bonus potential based on performance)
