Cape & Coast is seeking a Guest Services Specialist to serve as one of the first points of contact for guests throughout their vacation experience. This role is ideal for someone who is professional, empathetic, organized, and passionate about hospitality.
The Guest Services Specialist will assist guests with questions related to their stay, rental properties, and the surrounding area while coordinating closely with the Reservations, Maintenance, and Housekeeping teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Respond to a high volume of guest calls, emails, and text messages while maintaining exceptional customer service
Assist guests with questions regarding reservations, rental homes, local attractions, policies, and procedures
Act as a liaison between the Reservations, Maintenance, and Housekeeping departments
Create maintenance and housekeeping work orders related to guest concerns
Develop a strong understanding of company inventory, policies, procedures, and local area resources
Support the Reservations team during peak booking seasons and high-volume periods
Assist the Guest Services Manager with reports, HOA updates, and additional administrative tasks as needed
Customer service experience preferred, but training is available for the right candidate
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer proficiency
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Willingness to learn reservation software systems
Weekend availability required
$16.00 - $19.00 per hour
