Bennett Law Center is seeking a professional and compassionate Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers. This role is essential to creating a welcoming and organized office environment while supporting the daily administrative operations of the firm.
The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced legal environment. This is an entry-level, fully in-office position located in Groveland, Florida.
Welcome clients and visitors upon arrival and provide a positive first impression
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls professionally
Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales and legal teams
Assist clients and visitors with locating appropriate staff members
Manage incoming mail, faxes, deliveries, and office correspondence
Order and replenish office supplies as needed
Coordinate maintenance and repair of office equipment
Support administrative tasks including copying, scanning, faxing, emailing, and note-taking
Prepare meeting spaces and arrange refreshments for meetings
Assist with additional administrative duties and special projects as assigned
High school diploma required
Bilingual English/Spanish required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Highly detail-oriented with strong follow-through
Professional appearance and business etiquette
Commitment to professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
Desire and aptitude for learning on the job
Experience with Clio, Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and Dropbox preferred
$15.00 - $17.00 per hour
