Position Summary

Bennett Law Center is seeking a professional and compassionate Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers. This role is essential to creating a welcoming and organized office environment while supporting the daily administrative operations of the firm.

The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced legal environment. This is an entry-level, fully in-office position located in Groveland, Florida.

What You'll Do

  • Welcome clients and visitors upon arrival and provide a positive first impression

  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls professionally

  • Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales and legal teams

  • Assist clients and visitors with locating appropriate staff members

  • Manage incoming mail, faxes, deliveries, and office correspondence

  • Order and replenish office supplies as needed

  • Coordinate maintenance and repair of office equipment

  • Support administrative tasks including copying, scanning, faxing, emailing, and note-taking

  • Prepare meeting spaces and arrange refreshments for meetings

  • Assist with additional administrative duties and special projects as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma required

  • Bilingual English/Spanish required

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish

  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills

  • Highly detail-oriented with strong follow-through

  • Professional appearance and business etiquette

  • Commitment to professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality

  • Desire and aptitude for learning on the job

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Clio, Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and Dropbox preferred

Compensation, Benefits & More

Compensation

  • $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
