We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and versatile Operations Support Coordinator/Runner to join our fast-paced vacation rental and multi-unit property management team. This role serves as a critical support position assisting with daily field operations, property readiness, guest experience, inventory coordination, quality control, and overall operational efficiency across a large portfolio of homes.
The ideal candidate thrives in a constantly changing environment, possesses excellent communication and time management skills, and can effectively prioritize tasks while remaining calm under pressure. This is a role that requires flexibility, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a team-first mentality.
This position plays a vital role in ensuring homes are guest-ready, operational issues are addressed quickly, and both guests and homeowners receive exceptional service and support.
Support day-to-day operations of a dynamic vacation rental portfolio by ensuring properties are guest-ready, well-stocked, and running efficiently
Coordinate logistics across multiple homes, delivering supplies and guest-requested items
Assist with urgent operational needs and support housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services teams
Conduct property walkthroughs and quality control checks to ensure high cleanliness and presentation standards
Identify and escalate issues to maintain property readiness
Manage inventory and keep storage areas organized
Proactively communicate supply needs to appropriate team members
Document tasks and updates through company systems
Serve as a reliable team member who can step in wherever needed to enhance guest and homeowner experiences

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
Ability to work independently while remaining team-oriented
Comfortable performing physically active tasks, including lifting, carrying, bending, and extended periods of standing
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
Experience in hospitality, vacation rentals, property management, operations, or customer service preferred but not required
Experience with systems such as Breezeway, Guesty, or property management software is a plus
