We’re looking for a dependable, thoughtful, hands-on, and service-driven Field Operations Specialist to join our team on our uniquely beautiful island. In this role, you’ll help support guest experiences, field operations, home care, golf cart management, and basic handyman tasks across our portfolio of homes.

As a Field Operations Specialist, you’ll play an important role in keeping our homes, guest experience, and day-to-day field operations running smoothly. This is a hands-on role for someone who is handy, practical, dependable, and willing to jump in wherever needed.
Your work may vary from day to day. A typical day could include supporting basic handyman items, minor repairs, and property tasks across our homes. You may also help with guest arrivals and departures, including washing and transporting the guest golf cart to the arrival dock, greeting guests when they arrive, helping bring guest luggage and groceries into the home, and making sure guests feel welcomed and comfortable from the start.

Beyond guest support, you’ll also assist with golf carts, helping coordinate supplies and deliveries, supporting vendors, and assisting with general upkeep and operational needs throughout the island properties.
