We're looking for a dynamic relationship builder and strategic thinker to lead owner success at Florida Vacay Rentals. The Manager of Owner Success & Asset Performance serves as the primary advocate, strategic advisor, and asset performance leader for Florida Vacay Rentals' property owners. This role is responsible for maximizing owner satisfaction, retention, and financial success by combining relationship management, business consulting, and asset performance strategies. The Manager works closely with owners to identify opportunities for growth, improve property performance, and ensure every owner feels confident that their investment is receiving the attention, expertise, and care it deserves.
Ensure that owners stay with Florida Vacay Rentals because of excellent communication, service, results, and attention. Help owners maximize the performance and long-term value of their vacation rental investments.
Reporting
The Manager of Owner Success & Asset Performance reports to the General Operations Manager.
Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for property owners.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships through proactive communication and strategic guidance.
Conduct regular owner business reviews to discuss performance, goals, opportunities, and challenges.
Ensure owners receive timely responses and effective resolutions to concerns and requests.
Advocate for owner needs while balancing company objectives and operational realities.
Deliver an ownership experience that demonstrates genuine care for each owner's property, investment, business goals, and family interests.
Analyze property performance, revenue trends, occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, expenses, and profitability metrics.
Educate owners on financial performance through clear and meaningful reporting.
Help owners understand where their property is performing today, where it should be performing, and what actions are necessary to achieve desired financial outcomes.
Develop customized strategies to improve revenue, profitability, guest satisfaction, and long-term asset value.
Identify opportunities for property enhancements, operational improvements, pricing adjustments, and revenue growth initiatives.
Establish measurable performance goals with owners and regularly review progress toward those objectives.
Introduce innovative ideas and opportunities owners may not have considered that could improve investment performance and long-term returns.
Develop and execute strategies to improve owner satisfaction and retention.
Identify at-risk owners and proactively address concerns before they impact the relationship.
Monitor owner feedback and satisfaction trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Lead initiatives designed to strengthen owner engagement, trust, and loyalty.
Ensure owners consistently feel informed, valued, supported, and confident in Florida Vacay Rentals' management of their investment.
Partner with Revenue Management, Marketing, Guest Services, Operations, Maintenance, Housekeeping, and Leadership teams to ensure owner expectations are met or exceeded.
Serve as the voice of the owner throughout the organization.
Communicate owner priorities and concerns across departments to drive accountability and timely action.
Track owner-related projects, improvement initiatives, and follow-up commitments through completion.
Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for portfolio growth, owner retention, and operational excellence.
Maintain detailed records of owner interactions, goals, concerns, and action plans.
Prepare and present owner performance reviews and portfolio summaries.
Monitor owner retention rates, satisfaction metrics, and asset performance indicators.
Provide regular reporting and strategic recommendations to company leadership regarding owner trends, risks, opportunities, and initiatives.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Real Estate, Finance, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
2 years minimum experience in account management, client success, owner relations, customer relationship management, property management, or hospitality
Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and manage high-value accounts.
Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, revenue performance metrics, and business analysis.
Ability to confidently discuss financial performance and business strategies with property owners and other stakeholders.
Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage difficult conversations, resolve conflicts, and build trust.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and relationships simultaneously.
Proven problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Sheets/Excel, CRM or property management software
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence outcomes without direct authority.
Self-motivated, accountable, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
Experience in vacation rental management.
Experience working with short-term rental owners or real estate investors.
Property management experience.
Revenue management or yield management experience.
Knowledge of vacation rental industry metrics such as ADR, Occupancy, RevPAR, and owner statements.
Experience presenting financial performance reports to clients or executives.
Hospitality industry experience.
Real estate license or real estate industry experience.
Experience using Streamline, Guesty, Track, Escapia, Hostaway, or similar property management systems.
Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar systems.
Leadership or team management experience.

Experience developing client retention programs or customer success initiatives.
Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and their impact on property performance.
