Arrived is seeking a Guest Experience Specialist to help deliver exceptional hospitality and personalized guest care throughout every stage of the vacation experience. As one of the key voices of our brand, you will support guests from inquiry to checkout, helping create seamless, memorable stays through thoughtful communication, problem-solving, and genuine care.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping people, and takes pride in turning challenges into positive experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with Guest Services, Operations, Housekeeping, and Owner Services teams to create five-star stays while showcasing the very best of Central Oregon hospitality.
Serve as a primary point of contact for guest inquiries, reservations, and support across phone, text, email, and messaging platforms.
Assist guests with booking reservations, modifications, recommendations, and trip planning.
Provide timely check-in and check-out communication, property information, and local recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
Respond to guest concerns with empathy, urgency, and professionalism to ensure quick and positive resolutions.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and operations teams to support home readiness and guest satisfaction.
Maintain accurate guest records, reservation notes, and communication documentation in company systems.
Support guest retention and satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and proactive communication.
Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve processes, efficiency, and the overall guest journey.
Uphold company standards, policies, and service expectations while representing the Arrived brand with professionalism and positivity.
2+ years of customer service, hospitality, vacation rental, hotel, or guest-facing experience preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a warm, professional approach.
Ability to remain calm, resourceful, and solution-oriented in fast-paced situations.
Comfortable using CRM systems, reservation software, and digital communication tools.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
