The Bell Attendant at Hotel Arya is often the first and last impression every guest takes with them. We are seeking a warm, energetic, and service-oriented hospitality professional who takes pride in delivering seamless, five-star arrivals and departures.
This role plays a critical part in the guest experience by assisting with luggage, providing property and local area information, coordinating guest requests, and maintaining a welcoming lobby presence. The ideal candidate is personable, professional, and thrives in a guest-facing environment where attention to detail and responsiveness are essential.
Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and professional welcome
Assist guests with luggage handling, transport, and delivery to guest rooms
Escort guests to their rooms and provide an overview of hotel amenities and services
Coordinate luggage retrieval and transportation during guest departures
Provide recommendations for local dining, attractions, entertainment, and transportation
Assist with transportation arrangements including taxis, rideshares, and vehicle storage coordination
Communicate guest requests and special needs to appropriate hotel departments
Maintain a polished, professional appearance and visible presence in the lobby
Ensure entrance and lobby areas remain clean, organized, and welcoming
Proactively assist guests who may need directions, information, or support
Receive, log, and distribute packages, mail, and deliveries
Maintain accurate records of all received and delivered items
Work closely with front desk, housekeeping, and valet teams to ensure a seamless guest experience
Assist other front-of-house team members during busy periods and special events
Participate in team meetings and communicate guest feedback to supervisors
Previous experience in a hotel, resort, or hospitality environment preferred
Strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest service
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift luggage throughout the shift
Excellent verbal communication skills in English
Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct
Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
Familiarity with the Miami area, local attractions, and transportation options
Valid driver's license preferred
Spanish language fluency
Experience working in a luxury hotel or boutique hospitality setting
Prior concierge, bell services, valet, or guest services experience
Knowledge of local tourism, restaurants, and entertainment venues
Compensation
$13.00 per hour plus tips
On-Target Earnings (OTE): Approximately $27,040+ annually plus tips
