Southern Sands Property Management Group is seeking a dynamic Homeowner Liaison to serve as the vital connection between property owners and our operations team. In this influential role, you'll leverage your exceptional communication skills and strategic thinking to build lasting relationships with homeowners while driving property performance and revenue growth. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned homeowners.
Build strong, long-term relationships through proactive communication.
Conduct regular homeowner check-ins and performance reviews.
Respond promptly to owner questions, concerns, and requests.
Manage difficult conversations professionally and confidently.
Maintain industry-leading owner satisfaction and retention.
Review occupancy, revenue, and booking trends with homeowners.
Identify opportunities to improve property performance.
Collaborate with the Revenue Management team regarding pricing strategies.
Present recommendations for property upgrades and amenities that improve revenue.
Provide updates on maintenance, inspections, projects, and property improvements.
Help homeowners understand monthly statements and financial reporting.
Assist owners with reservations, owner stays, and calendar management.
Ensure all owner information and property records remain accurate and updated.
Act as the bridge between homeowners and Southern Sands departments.
Coordinate with operations, maintenance, inspectors, cleaners, and guest services teams.
Escalate issues appropriately and ensure timely resolution.
Assist with onboarding new homeowners and new property launches.
Review inspection reports and identify owner-related action items.
Coordinate vendor estimates and homeowner approvals when needed.
Assist in planning property upgrades, refreshes, and preventative maintenance.
Conduct occasional property visits when necessary.
Within your first 90 days:
Become the trusted contact for your homeowner portfolio.
Achieve rapid response times on owner communication.
Maintain accurate homeowner records and property information.
Build strong working relationships with all internal departments.
Help improve homeowner retention and satisfaction scores.
2+ years in client success, STR operations and vacation rental management.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
High emotional intelligence and professionalism.
Comfortable handling difficult conversations and problem resolution.
Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
Vacation rental or short-term rental experience.
Experience with Streamline, OwnerRez, Breezeway, Guesty, or similar platforms.
Real estate, hospitality, or luxury service background.
Knowledge of Galveston and Crystal Beach vacation rental markets.
$60,000 - $75,000
Bonus will be paid based on owner response and retention. 0 - 20% of salary
