Serve as the main liaison between homeowners and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and proactive issue resolution.
Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate maintenance, housekeeping, and vendor services.
Foster strong, professional relationships with homeowners, anticipating needs and providing tailored solutions.
Oversee vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure properties are maintained to luxury standards.
Provide financial and operational insights to homeowners, collaborating with the Revenue Department.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences and preserve property value.
Minimum 1 year of property management experience, preferably in luxury vacation rentals or high-end hospitality.
Experience with high-net-worth clientele and delivering white-glove service.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a proactive mindset.
Tech-savvy with knowledge of MS Office and property management software.
Strong time management, organization, and adaptability.
Valid Driver's License required.
