Position Summary

We are looking for a trustworthy, detail-oriented Housekeeper to ensure a private residence remains clean, organized, and exceptionally well maintained. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, dependable, and takes genuine pride in delivering outstanding housekeeping services.

The successful candidate is someone who notices the little details, works efficiently with minimal supervision, respects privacy and confidentiality, and enjoys creating a comfortable, welcoming home environment every day.

What You'll Do

• Perform routine cleaning throughout all living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and common spaces

• Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize all household surfaces

• Make beds and change linens as needed

• Thoroughly clean and disinfect kitchens and bathrooms

• Wash, fold, iron, and organize household laundry

• Organize closets, cabinets, and storage areas

• Restock household supplies and notify when replacements are needed

• Clean windows, mirrors, appliances, and household fixtures

• Maintain outdoor entryways in a clean and presentable condition

• Follow established cleaning schedules and special household instructions

• Handle household belongings with care while maintaining complete confidentiality

• Complete seasonal and deep cleaning projects as needed

Required Qualifications

• Previous professional housekeeping, residential cleaning, or hospitality housekeeping experience

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Reliable, punctual, and professional

• Honest, trustworthy, and respectful of privacy

• Excellent time management and ability to prioritize daily tasks

• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 40 pounds

• Authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in private residences

• Knowledge of proper cleaning products, equipment, and techniques

• Experience caring for delicate surfaces, furnishings, and household items

• Laundry, ironing, and garment care experience

• Valid driver's license is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and reach throughout the workday

• Lift, carry, and move up to 40 pounds

• Perform repetitive cleaning tasks for extended periods

• Safely use household cleaning products and equipment
