Position Summary

Copower is seeking an organized, proactive Project Coordinator to serve as the operational hub between our clients, engineering teams, technical field advisors, and internal departments.

This is far more than an administrative support role. You'll oversee multiple active projects simultaneously, ensuring every detail is coordinated from purchase order through project completion and final invoicing. Success in this position requires someone who naturally anticipates needs, keeps stakeholders informed, identifies potential roadblocks before they become problems, and thrives in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift quickly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary coordination point between customers, technical field advisors, engineering, supply chain, and internal operations teams.

  • Manage multiple active projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines, deliverables, and customer expectations are met.

  • Coordinate engineering mobilizations and maintain proactive communication with customers throughout each project.

  • Track customer purchase orders from initiation through invoicing and payment collection.

  • Monitor technical advisor certifications, safety documentation, contracts, and compliance requirements to ensure deployment readiness.

  • Partner with Supply Chain to coordinate travel, logistics, equipment, and site mobilizations.

  • Prepare standard engineering proposals and supporting project documentation.

  • Maintain project pricing, profitability reports, and operational metrics.

  • Identify process improvements that increase efficiency, communication, and project execution.

  • Build trusted relationships with customers while providing responsive, professional support throughout every engagement.

Required Qualifications

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)

  • 2+ years of minimum experience required in project coordination, operations, engineering support, construction, industrial services, or similar environments

  • Strong organizational and project management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

  • Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously

  • Ability to travel approximately 20% as business needs require

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting engineering, power generation, construction, manufacturing, industrial services, or energy projects

  • Experience working with purchase orders, contracts, invoicing, or project financial tracking

  • Experience coordinating field personnel or technical service teams

Compensation, Benefits, & Schedule

Annual Salary

$55,000 - $65,000
