Position Summary
Amelia Island Getaways is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Property Inspection & Operations Lead to help ensure our vacation rental properties consistently deliver a five-star guest experience. This role is responsible for maintaining our quality standards through property inspections while also providing hands-on operational support to help keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly and efficiently.
As a key member of our operations team, you'll take ownership of property readiness, help train and support new inspectors, maintain consistency across our inspection program, and assist with a variety of field-based operational responsibilities. You'll work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and the office team to proactively solve problems, support changing priorities, and ensure every property is guest-ready.
This is a dynamic position that combines independent field work with collaborative teamwork. No two days are exactly the same, making it an excellent fit for someone who is organized, adaptable, resourceful, and enjoys staying active throughout the day. A company vehicle is provided for travel between properties and other work-related responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
Property Inspections & Quality Assurance
Conduct detailed guest and owner arrival inspections to ensure every property meets or exceeds Amelia Island Getaways' quality standards.
Identify, document, and communicate maintenance, housekeeping, and operational issues, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
Complete light maintenance and property readiness tasks to help ensure homes are fully prepared for arriving guests.
Complete touch-up cleaning and final preparation as needed to ensure every property meets Amelia Island Getaways' quality standards before guest arrival.
Inspector Training & Team Support
Train, mentor, and support new inspectors while reinforcing company standards, policies, and best practices.
Promote consistency, accountability, and quality across the inspection team through ongoing coaching and leadership.
Field Operations Support
Provide hands-on operational support by assisting with a variety of field-based responsibilities as business needs require.
Coordinate and deliver linens, supplies, amenities, and guest-requested items to properties while maintaining accurate inventory and accountability.
Assist with property turnover preparation, final touches, and other operational priorities to ensure homes are guest-ready.
Run business-related errands and support day-to-day operational needs using a company-provided vehicle.
Inventory & Supply Management
Prepare, pack, and organize laundry bags, amenity bags, and other turnover supplies to support efficient property cleanings.
Maintain inventory of inspection supplies, amenities, and operational materials.
Organize storage areas and coordinate ordering, stocking, and distribution of supplies to support efficient daily operations.
Required Qualifications
Must possess a valid driver’s license and be insurable under the company's commercial auto policy.
Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
Must live in Yulee or Fernandina Beach, FL
Must meet physical requirements and is capable of performing laborious work in varied conditions. Must be able to lift 25-35lbs regularly.
