Position Summary
We are hiring for multiple Senior Product Manager roles across the Product organization. Track is the leading platform for professional Short Term Rental Property Managers. Each Senior PM will own a specific area of the Track product suite, and will help shape how AI, automation, and agentic workflows show up in that area for customers and internal teams alike.
We are looking for AI-forward candidates who bring experience leveraging AI tooling to make customer-facing products and internal processes better, and who can translate that into a roadmap, not just a talking point.
Candidates with experience in Website and Booking Engines, Contact Center software, Accounting Systems, or Hospitality Property Management Systems will be given preference.
About the Role
The Senior Product Manager owns the strategy, discovery, and delivery of an assigned product portfolio within TrackSuite, and is accountable for business outcomes across the full product lifecycle, from problem definition and market validation through launch and iteration.
You will translate customer needs and market opportunity into a clear roadmap, make prioritization calls with incomplete information, and drive measurable improvement in adoption, retention, and revenue. AI is central to how this role works and what it ships. This is an individual contributor role with high influence, partnering daily with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
What You'll Do
Define and evolve the product strategy and roadmap for your assigned portfolio.
Own measurable outcomes including adoption, retention, revenue impact, and customer efficiency gains.
Balance near-term customer and revenue opportunities with long-term platform scalability and usability.
Conduct continuous discovery with property managers, owners, guests, and internal teams to understand needs, pain points, and motivations.
Use qualitative and quantitative insight to validate problems, test solutions, and inform prioritization.
Translate strategy into well-defined initiatives, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Partner closely with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality, customer-centered solutions, and manage the backlog and sequencing of work to maximize impact and learning.
Define and track success metrics for every major initiative, using product analytics, usage data, and experimentation to guide decisions.
Partner with Marketing on positioning, content strategy, and go-to-market execution for portfolio releases.
Partner with Sales and Customer Success on enablement, adoption, and enterprise customer needs.
Communicate roadmap, progress, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders across the organization.
How you will work with AI
Identify where AI and automation create meaningful customer value in your portfolio, and prioritize those opportunities against traditional product work.
Define requirements for AI-enabled features, including data inputs, guardrails, failure modes, and the level of human oversight required.
Establish how AI feature quality is measured, monitored, and improved after launch, recognizing that probabilistic features do not behave like deterministic ones.
Partner with Engineering and Data to assess feasibility, data readiness, and cost to serve before committing to AI initiatives.
Apply AI tools in your day to day product practice, including research synthesis, competitive analysis, requirement drafting, and prototyping.
Required Qualifications
6+ years minimum of product management experience in B2B or B2B2C SaaS
Proven experience owning a customer-facing product area with clear revenue or conversion outcomes.
Strong analytical skills, including hands-on use of product analytics and experimentation to drive decisions. Pendo experience is a plus.
Demonstrated success working closely with Engineering and Design on Agile teams.
Comfort operating as a senior individual contributor with high ownership and accountability.
Experience in travel, hospitality, eCommerce, or property management is strongly preferred.
