Assistant Project Manager
Company Overview
Established in February 2025, Synergy Siteworks is a well financed, high growth site development company with dozens of completed projects and dozens more in our pipeline.
Formerly a division of one of Central Florida’s pre-eminent real estate development organizations, Synergy is revolutionizing the traditional approach to site development with a refreshing, client-centered approach informed by decades of experience. Our goal is not just to deliver exceptional results, but to ensure that the entire experience of working with Synergy Siteworks is positive, reliable, and fundamentally "feels good."
Founded by a team with extensive experience in general contracting, construction management, real estate development, and owner representation, we operate with a deep, insider understanding of the real estate development lifecycle from an owner’s perspective.
Our Tier-1 clients count on us for comprehensive, solution-based services built on transparency, honest reporting, proactive communication and delivering the highest quality standards in the industry. We approach every project through the lens of an owner and developer. This perspective allows us to understand the common pitfalls and pain points associated with sitework, and our proactive approach and engagement ensure that projects are executed smoothly while creating a positive and reliable experience for our clients.
Synergy Siteworks holds Certified General Contractor, Certified Underground Utility Contractor, and Fire Protection Contractor V licenses, allowing us to provide comprehensive site development services with an unwavering commitment to our clients’ success.
