Apply to Onboarding and Quality Control Specialist
Company Overview
Juniper Holiday + Home specializes in managing vacation rental properties throughout Southwest Michigan. We are committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences while helping homeowners protect and maximize their investment.
Our team takes pride in maintaining high standards across every home we manage. From the first day a property joins our portfolio to every guest stay that follows, we focus on quality, consistency, and attention to detail. If you enjoy taking ownership, solving problems, and ensuring things are done the right way, you'll find a rewarding opportunity to grow with a respected company in the vacation rental industry.
Position Summary
Juniper Holiday + Home manages boutique vacation rentals across Southwest Michigan. We're looking for one detail-obsessed person to own how every home looks, functions, and feels, from the day it joins us through every season after. This is two jobs in one: bringing new homes online flawlessly, and keeping our entire portfolio at a standard guests rave about and owners trust.
If you're the person who notices the crooked lampshade, the missing knife block, and the towel that should have been replaced, this role was built for you.
What You'll Do
Onboarding new homes:
Set up each new home end to end, from supplies and linens to kitchen and furnishings
Order everything the home needs and track it to delivery
Coordinate the first deep clean and the photoshoot, and confirm the listing is accurate before it goes live
Build the home's checklists and standards so every future turn runs smoothly
Onboard the new homeowners.
Quality control across the portfolio:
Walk our existing homes on a regular rotation, catching what needs repair, restocking, or upgrading before a guest or owner ever sees it
Keep a running list of improvements per home and see them through
Hold a consistent standard across every property, so there are no surprises.
Work side by side with the Owner Relations team.
