Position Summary

Copower is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and driven Executive Assistant to serve as a trusted strategic partner to the President.

This is not a traditional administrative role. You'll be responsible for helping a fast-paced executive stay focused on high-impact priorities by anticipating needs, managing competing demands, coordinating complex schedules and travel, and ensuring strategic initiatives continue moving forward. Acting as the central point of coordination between the President, directors, executive leadership, customers, and business partners, you'll help keep the organization aligned and operating efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with the President to manage daily priorities, schedules, and executive communications.

  • Coordinate complex domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, transportation, and logistics.

  • Prepare executive calendars, meeting agendas, and supporting documentation to maximize productivity.

  • Coordinate communication and follow-up with directors, executive leadership, customers, and key business partners.

  • Assist with contract reviews, executive correspondence, and document preparation.

  • Develop, edit, and maintain executive presentations, reports, proposals, and other business documentation.

  • Track strategic initiatives, action items, and executive projects to ensure timely execution.

  • Support organizational planning, company structure initiatives, and other high-level operational projects.

  • Maintain confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.

  • Identify opportunities to improve executive workflows, communication, and administrative processes.

  • Provide general executive and administrative support as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)

  • 3+ years of experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Experience coordinating executive calendars, meetings, and travel

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision

  • Willingness to travel approximately 20% as business needs require

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting a President, CEO, or other senior executive

  • Experience in engineering, construction, manufacturing, industrial services, or the energy sector

  • Experience reviewing contracts, preparing executive presentations, and coordinating strategic projects

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset

Compensation, Benefits & Schedule

Annual Salary

$55,000 - $65,000
