Position Summary

We are seeking a meticulous and self-motivated Property Inspector to join our team in Sevierville, TN. In this hands-on role, you'll be the eyes and ears of our property management operation, conducting thorough inspections of our short-term rental properties to ensure they meet our high standards for guest satisfaction.

You'll work independently to identify issues, document findings, and coordinate with our operational teams to maintain properties in pristine, guest-ready condition. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, enjoys working with tangible results, and thrives in a role that requires both independence and practical problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed pre-arrival and post-departure property inspections

  • Identify cleanliness, maintenance, safety, or inventory issues

  • Document findings with photos and detailed reports

  • Communicate deficiencies to cleaning, maintenance, and management teams

  • Verify completion of maintenance and housekeeping corrections

  • Ensure properties are properly staged and guest-ready

  • Perform periodic inventory checks and supply audits

Required Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties

  • Clear communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Comfortable using mobile apps and inspection software

  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and peak seasons

  • Experience in hospitality, property management, or quality control preferred

Compensation, Benefits & Schedule

Hourly Rate$16 - $22
