We manage the full guest lifecycle using Guesty as our core property management system and invest in AI-powered tools to continually improve both the guest experience and our team's efficiency.
We're a team of 40+ people who value trust, service, excellence, teamwork, care for our people, and resourcefulness. These aren't just slogans. They're reflected in how we work, solve problems, and serve our guests every day.
At MVR, the Sales Coordinator is the commercial voice of our company, turning demand into revenue and making every inquiry an exceptional first impression.
Position Summary
Miami Vacation Rentals is seeking a Sales Coordinator to own qualified guest inquiries from first contact through confirmed booking. Reporting to the Marketing and Sales Manager, you'll spend your day connecting with prospective guests by phone, email, and website, understanding their needs, recommending the right property, overcoming objections, and closing bookings.
This is more than a traditional reservations role. You'll be expected to think commercially, maximize booking value, maintain an organized sales pipeline, pursue new B2B opportunities, and use AI and automation to improve how we sell.
We're looking for someone who is responsive, persuasive, organized, and motivated by turning opportunities into revenue while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
What You'll Do
Own every qualified inquiry from first contact through confirmed booking, ensuring no lead is abandoned or left without follow-up
Conduct consultative sales by phone, email, and website, recommending the right property, handling objections, and confidently closing bookings
Maximize booking value through strategic upsells, upgrades, early check-in and late checkout packages, and experience add-ons
Maintain a clean and actionable HubSpot pipeline, including lead scoring, lifecycle stages, deal hygiene, and pipeline reporting
Manage VIP and high-value inquiries, pricing negotiations, and complex commercial escalations with a revenue-focused mindset
Review and train the Conduit AI knowledge base, identify automation opportunities, and continuously improve response quality and speed
Build B2B revenue streams through corporate partnerships, relocation accounts, travel agency relationships, and local business outreach
Analyze lost leads and buying objections to identify opportunities to improve conversion
Share commercial insights with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Experience to strengthen MVR's sales approach
Qualifications
Required
2+ years in a sales, reservations, or revenue-focused role — hospitality, travel, or real estate strongly preferred
Proven track record of managing inbound leads and converting inquiries into closed bookings
Advanced English written and spoken communication — you will be selling to US-based guests daily
Hands-on experience with a CRM (HubSpot preferred) and comfort managing pipeline hygiene independently
Strongly Preferred
These aren't a must-have but a bonus:
Experience with Guesty, Conduit AI, or similar property management and guest communication tools
Familiarity with short-term rental platforms (Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, Expedia)
B2B outreach or business development experience — corporate accounts, relocation, or travel partnerships
Comfort with AI tools and a genuine interest in using them to work faster and smarter
(If you are strong on most requirements but light on one item, apply anyway. We would rather see the full picture.)
What Success Looks Like
Within your first 90 days, you'll be confidently managing MVR's inbound sales pipeline, consistently responding to qualified inquiries within established service levels, maintaining accurate HubSpot reporting, identifying improvements to the Conduit AI knowledge base, and beginning B2B outreach.
Over time, success means meeting or exceeding MVR's lead-to-booking conversion benchmarks, growing direct and upsell revenue, developing recurring B2B accounts, and helping improve and automate sales workflows.
