About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and relationship-focused Homeowner Operations Administrator who enjoys solving real-world problems, managing a variety of priorities, and having the independence to make decisions and see the impact of their work.
You’ll manage a portfolio of homeowners, serve as their trusted point of contact, and take ownership of the operational needs of their properties. This is a highly independent and dynamic role where you’ll have the autonomy to make decisions, take initiative, and coordinate solutions while balancing homeowner expectations, guest experience, property condition, and company priorities.
The ideal candidate is a confident, warm, and professional communicator who connects easily with others and knows how to gain buy-in when recommending solutions. You should be organized, responsive, achievement-oriented, and comfortable adapting quickly as needs and priorities change.
What You’ll Do
Build Strong Homeowner Relationships
Manage a portfolio of homeowners, building trusted relationships and understanding their individual goals, preferences, and properties.
Communicate proactively and positively about property performance, maintenance needs, and opportunities to improve the homeowner and guest experience.
Quickly identify and respond to homeowner needs, concerns, and changing priorities.
Take ownership of homeowner needs and coordinate with maintenance, housekeeping, vendors, and internal teams to drive timely solutions.
Guide conversations, gain homeowner buy-in, and build confidence in recommended solutions.
Make Decisions and Drive Solutions
Use sound judgment and a high degree of independence to solve problems and make decisions for your assigned homeowners and properties.
Take initiative in identifying property needs, recommending solutions, and coordinating and approving work within established guidelines.
Operate with urgency while managing multiple simultaneous priorities.
Adapt quickly to changing needs, circumstances, and operational demands.
Balance homeowner expectations, property performance, guest experience, and company priorities while ensuring properties meet our standards.
Collaborate with teammates and vendors to motivate action, maintain accountability, and achieve results.
What You’ll Bring
3+ years of customer service, relationship management, hospitality, property management, or similar experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a warm, engaging, and professional communication style.
The confidence and social awareness to build trusted relationships, guide conversations, and gain buy-in from others.
Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through while managing multiple priorities.
Strong problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and confidence making decisions independently.
A proactive, achievement-oriented approach with the ability to take initiative and drive work forward.
The ability to adapt to change and remain responsive in a dynamic role with a variety of responsibilities.
A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach when working with homeowners, teammates, and vendors.
Comfort using Microsoft Office, mobile devices, and business technology.
Even Better If You Have
Experience in vacation rentals, hospitality, property management, real estate, or a related industry.
Experience managing homeowner or client relationships.
Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, maintenance, or property services.
Familiarity with property management software and related technology.
Compensation, Benefits & More
Compensation: $70,000-$72,500 per year

Flexible schedule
Schedule: Full-time, eight-hour daytime shift. The position may require work on holidays or outside standard business hours based on operational needs.
Location: In person in Breckenridge, Colorado
Work Environment and Physical Requirements
This role requires regular interaction with homeowners, guests, employees, vendors, and other business partners. Occasional travel to properties within the company’s service area may also be required.
The position requires the ability to use standard office technology and communicate effectively by telephone, email, and in person. It may also require occasional visits to rental properties and the ability to perform limited housekeeping, inspection, or maintenance-related tasks as needed.
Some job duties may require driving a personal or company vehicle. Employees required to drive for business purposes must maintain the appropriate driver’s license and meet applicable company driving requirements.
