Position Summary
We are seeking a relationship-driven Business Development & Relations Manager to expand our professional referral network, strengthen our presence throughout Central Florida, and help drive the continued growth of the firm.
In this role, you'll focus on legal business development, referral management, networking, and community relationship building, developing trusted partnerships with attorneys, medical providers, chiropractors, rehabilitation clinics, insurance professionals, body shops, tow companies, and other organizations that regularly interact with individuals who may need legal representation.
We're especially interested in candidates with experience in the legal or medical field who understand how credibility, responsiveness, relationship building, and consistent follow-through contribute to a successful professional referral network.

What You'll Do
Build and expand strategic referral partnerships throughout the Orlando and Central Florida markets.
Identify and develop new referral opportunities within the legal, medical, insurance, automotive, and broader professional communities.
Build strong relationships with attorneys, medical providers, chiropractors, rehabilitation clinics, body shops, tow companies, insurance professionals, and community organizations.
Strengthen existing referral relationships while continually expanding the firm's professional network.
Represent Louis Berk Law at networking events, legal and medical industry functions, sponsorships, and community events.
Develop long-term referral and community engagement strategies that align with the firm's broader business growth objectives.
Maintain accurate CRM documentation for meetings, referral activity, relationship development, and follow-up.
Track referral activity and relationship progression through each stage of the business development pipeline.
Partner closely with the intake team to ensure referral partners receive timely communication and exceptional service.
Analyze referral trends, relationship performance, and market opportunities to identify areas for continued growth.
Report weekly activity metrics, referral performance, pipeline development, and business development progress.
Help execute market expansion initiatives across new geographic areas, professional networks, and referral channels.

Required Qualifications
3+ years of successful experience in business development, referral development, outside sales, relationship management, account management, community outreach, within the legal, healthcare, medical, insurance, or another closely related referral-driven industry.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
Existing professional relationships within the Orlando-area legal, healthcare, medical, insurance, or business community.
Proven experience building new professional relationships from the ground up and developing them into productive long-term partnerships.
Strong networking skills with the confidence to represent the firm at professional, industry, and community events.
Experience using CRM systems to manage relationships, pipelines, follow-up activities, and results.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Excellent interpersonal, networking, and communication abilities.
Results-oriented mindset with the ability to connect relationship-building activities to measurable business growth.
Comfortable working independently with significant autonomy.
Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for local travel throughout the Orlando and Central Florida area.
Preferred Qualifications
Direct experience in legal business development, law firm referral development, medical relationship management, or healthcare business development.
Established referral relationships with attorneys, medical providers, chiropractors, rehabilitation clinics, or other professionals serving personal injury clients.
Experience growing a referral-based business or professional services organization.
Knowledge of the Central Florida legal and/or medical professional community.
Experience evaluating networking events, sponsorship opportunities, community partnerships, and their potential return on investment.
Familiarity with activity-based business development metrics, referral conversion tracking, and performance reporting.
Compensation & Benefits
Annual Salary: $95,000 - $105,000, depending on experience, plus bonus opportunities.
