Position Summary
AutoPayPlus is looking for motivated, customer-focused professionals to join our growing Financial Services Support Team in Orlando, FL.
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will assist members with account questions, payment schedules, program benefits, and issue resolution while providing a professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented experience.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build experience in financial services, customer support, operations, and FinTech within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
What You'll Do
Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced member support environment.
Assist members with account questions, payment schedules, and program information.
Review and update account information with accuracy and attention to detail.
Educate members on AutoPayPlus services and benefits.
Resolve account concerns professionally and efficiently.
Maintain accurate documentation within company systems and CRM platforms.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution.
Protect sensitive financial information in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
Participate in coaching, training, and professional development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
1+ years of experience in customer service, financial services, call center support, or administrative roles.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer systems.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and professionalism.
Ability to pass background and credit checks.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in banking, auto finance, loan servicing, card services, or financial operations.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
Previous experience using CRM software or customer support platforms.
