Who you work with

StyerREP is a boutique, independent brokerage on High Street in Clintonville. You work directly with the Broker/Owner, Jon Styer, and you can reach him both inside and outside business hours when a deal needs it.

The more deals you close, the more you make. That's the whole idea behind Styer Real Estate Professionals. A brokerage's compensation plan tells you what you keep from each deal. We focus on growing how many deals you close, starting with a business plan built around how you work.

How we help you get more business

When you join, you take a DISC assessment, a short profile of how you naturally communicate and work. We use your results, your experience, and the kind of business you want to build to put together your business plan, including the lead generation you'll be good at and want to keep doing. After that, you get accountability check-ins as often as you need them, plus ongoing business development sessions as your business grows.

That matters because consistency is what keeps agents in this business long term, and people stay consistent with work they enjoy.

What's included

  • Zillow Pro at no cost to you, which includes the Follow Up Boss CRM and a premium Zillow agent profile

  • Zillow Showcase listings at a discounted rate through the brokerage

  • Training every Wednesday, in person or online, led by our Operations Manager, on the systems you use day to day: Follow Up Boss, Dotloop, Flexmls, and ShowingTime

  • Broker office hours several times a week

  • 24/7 access to the office and desks

  • New signs and business cards when you join

  • Help with your license transfer and full onboarding program

Pay and fees

  • 1099 independent contractor, commission only

  • Commission split until you reach your cap, then 100% commission. On average, agents reach 100% after their 7th closing.

  • We'll walk through our exact split and cap on the first call, side by side with your current plan

  • $99 monthly marketing and E&O fee, which stops once you reach 100%

Who we're looking for

  • Licensed Ohio real estate agents. Newly licensed agents are welcome.

  • Working in Central Ohio, including Columbus, Clintonville, Dublin, Powell, Westerville, New Albany, Grandview, Upper Arlington, Plain City, and Hilliard
