Position Summary
As a Maintenance Technician in Breckenridge, you will respond promptly to work orders and handle a wide range of maintenance tasks to keep our properties in top condition. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem-solver with strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. You’ll work closely with guest services and owner relations to resolve issues quickly, support a positive guest experience, and ensure our homes meet high quality standards.
You will also work collaboratively with your team—communicating effectively with staff and management—to complete assigned tasks and increase overall efficiency. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset are essential for success in this role. This position has access to a company vehicle during working hours.
Responsibilities
Promptly respond to work orders and resolve issues documenting work performed, materials used and time spent.
Work orders include but are not limited to changing light bulbs, replacing light switches and thermostats, repairing toilet mechanical systems, cable and Wi-Fi troubleshooting, removing trash from units, installing and changing door locks and codes, clearing tub/sink drains, furniture repair/maintenance, propane exchanges, snow removal, hot tub checks, other duties as they present themselves.
Work with guest services and owner relations to provide exceptional service to guests and owners.
Calling and scheduling vendors as necessary.
Working with a team to complete assigned work using communication with staff and management to increase efficiency.
Qualifications
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be extremely detailed with outstanding communication skills.
Ability to read, speak and understand the English language.
Work weekends, holidays and on-call shifts.
Valid Drivers License and acceptable driving record.
Compensation, Benefits & Schedule
Hourly, $27 - $32

5 days per week, 40 hours per week, specific work days will be set in coordination with the candidate. Possibly Weds-Sun.
